set small goals and reward yourself when you reach them. Don’t bite off more than you can chew in the beginning. It’s a whole lifestyle change and it’s a struggle the whole way but it’s so rewarding. Don’t get frustrated when you miss a goal or aren’t where you think you should be. Your body will do what it’s going to do and you just have to treat it right and remember to fuel it. Drink lots of water. I totally quit drinking soda. That in itself took a while but it was worth it. That’s all The positive advice I can think of. I hope it helps! You can do it!
